We recently had risers installed for our septic system. The two Sims techs arrived when we were away from home. They worked quickly and were just finishing when I returned to the house. They were very friendly, professional and accommodating. They cleaned everything up and did great work. I would highly recommend them if you need septic work done!

We rented a portable toilet & sink unit for an outdoor party. The unit was clean and delivered & picked up on time. The delivery driver called when he arrived at the location so I could meet him there. The delivery drivers were very helpful in ensuring my fencing was put back in place properly during both the delivery & pickup. Very happy with the service both in the reservation process & especially in the service the drivers provided. They went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of.

From first engagement through removal, Sims was on top of it with my porto rental. Even being in a remote rural setting didnt deter them getting the job done and showing up as requested/promised. Only thing I'd work on is greater flexibility for service schedule options, but this was a minor point to otherwise very solid experience.
